Watermark at Vistawilla - SOLD OUT
The Watermark at Vistawilla is an 89-unit, 101-bed assisted living facility, including a 25-unit dementia/memory care unit, to be developed in Winter Springs, Florida. Watermark Retirement Communities (WRC), a leading senior living operator, will manage the facility.
Founded in 1985, WRC’s leadership has a strong track record in the industry, including the successful sale of The Fountains to Sunrise Senior Living for $500 million in 2005, marking one of the largest senior housing transactions in history. EB-5 capital successfully played a key role in the development and opening of the facility, creating more than 212 jobs and satisfying all of our clients I-829 visa petitions.
Vistawilla is another example of many senior care facility projects completed by American Dream Fund, most notably in the southeastern United States.
