Most recently, American Dream Fund successful syndicated EB-5 capital for the Park Fifth Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). Park Fifth DTLA is a premier mixed-use development designed to offer a dynamic live-work-play environment in the heart of the city.
The project consists of approximately 660 apartment units across a 24-story high-rise and an adjacent 7-story mid-rise building, both situated above a shared podium. In addition to its residential offerings, the development includes 11,956 square feet of pedestrian retail space and 695 parking spaces. Spanning 2.27 acres at the prominent intersection of Fifth Street and South Olive Street, Park Fifth provides unparalleled urban connectivity, boasting a Walk Score of 98 and a Transit Score of 100.
