ADF has been involved in many EB-5 projects — from casinos, hotels, restaurants, and apartments — but the joy and good feeling you get when your business has done something more than a win-win to help our investors’ families emigrate to the United States but also provide a happy home to elderly people who really need it – it’s an amazing feeling.

Trinity Assisted Living Facility will be a development consisting of living and memory care facilities in New Port Richey (Tampa), Florida. The site is situated on 6.91 acres. The facility will be approximately 84,217 square feet and will have a total of 99 units and a capacity of 117 beds. Included in the design is a secure memory care component with 30 units and a capacity of 34 beds. Construction commenced in November 2014 and opened for business in the 1st quarter of 2016. The facility was developed by Trinity Senior Living, LLC.
The project is fully entitled and fully funded by developer equity and bank financing. A construction contract (with a completion guarantee) with the Diaz/Fritz Group, a general contractor with more than 30 years of experience, was executed to ensure price and on-time completion of construction.
The project received I-924 approval in January of 2017. All future Watermark projects, including immigration and legal documents, are modeled after this very successful project.
